You will go away with ideas about how to telling the story about both existing and new services to help generate new business. If you cancel, you can choose to receive a one-year credit memo for a future training of equal value, or receive a refund less a $50 processing fee. Cancellations made after the 7-day cutoff will result in a charge of the full course fee. If you cancel after the 7-day cutoff, you may send another person in your place. No refunds will be made for partially-attended classes. If a class is cancelled by Blair Consulting Group, a full refund will be given.
