Measuring EAP Effectiveness and Return on Investment

Purpose of the Course

Have you been looking for new ways to demonstrate value and Return on Investment? Whether in an internal or external setting, EAPs must be able to show key stakeholders and customers the value that they bring both to individuals and to the organization. The purpose of this course is to bring a fresh perspective and new tools to help EAPs more clearly articulate their effectiveness and value.

Dr. Wolfgang Seidl has researched a variety of methods of measuring clinical effectiveness and organizational return on investment. In this class, he presents an overview of a new tool for calculating Return on Investment (ROI) based on the results of current research. This innovative tool includes reference to current workplace concerns such as absence management, presenteeism, stress and shows how to calculate the impact an EAP may have on these challenging issues.

Dr. Seidl also reviews a tool for measuring clinical results, and discusses how to link the effectiveness of individual EAP work to organizational ROI.

With a background as clinician, manager, sales director and researcher, Wolfgang is a recognized leader who brings a thoughtful perspective to this discussion. Based in the UK with Validium, a well-respected EAP firm, he joins us in Chicago for this special course.

If you've been looking for some advanced discussion about measurement, return on investment, and demonstrating value of EAPs, plan to attend this unique opportunity for a high-level learning experience.
