Blair Consulting Group has excellent working relationships with a number of highly skilled consultants and trainers throughout the world. To give you a brief idea of the caliber of our colleagues, we would like to introduce you to several of our US and international associates.

CPA provides WorkLife Consultation, Community Relations, and Consultation and Referral Services to help create work environments that allow employees to maximize their effectiveness at work and in their personal lives. Mary Ellen conducts organizational assessments, WorkLife strategy development and outcome studies. A founding board member and past President of the Alliance of Work/Life Professionals (AWLP), she is on the Associate Faculty for the Boston College Center for Work and Family. In 1999 she was recognized as one of Chicago’s “100 Women Making a Difference.”

A founder and former President of the South Africa EAPA Chapter, Tracy provides consultation and training programs regarding EAPs, HIV/AIDS, depression, stress, work/life balance, alcohol/drug abuse and conflict resolution. She is well-versed in South Africa's changing Human Resource legislation, and provides executive coaching. Her background includes experience in an alcohol and drug treatment program and a psychiatric service. As an independent consultant, she aids employers in designing, re-engineering and implementing successful EAPs to meet current needs.

Linda consults to employers on EAP design and evaluation and issues affecting the workplace (diversity, stress, disability and harassment). She also conducts advanced training for staff and affiliates of external EAP providers. As co-founder of a major UK-based interntional EAP firm, Linda was in the forefront of setting and maintaining high standards for delivery of clinical and organizational services. She was the first UK President of EAPA, received a special commendation from EAPA International and Chairs the UK Standards Committee.
