Lee is the founder and designer of SAPlist.com, a website database of SAP profiles, information, links and resources about DOT drug and alcohol testing regulations.

2003-Present: Blair Consulting Group, Senior Consultant
Mr. Mauk coordinates Blair Consulting Group’s drug and alcohol program consultations. He develops and writes drug and alcohol programs and policies for employers, in compliance with state and federal laws, and reviews existing policies. Mr. Mauk is especially knowledgeable and well-versed in the Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations regarding drug and alcohol testing. He conducts on-site compliance reviews for employers subject to audit by the U.S. DOT. He designs educational programs for employees, including required reasonable suspicion training programs for supervisors of DOT-covered employees. Lee’s nationally-acclaimed SAP training is a regular offering of Blair Consulting Group’s training courses.
1998-2002: Blair & Burke, Senior Consultant
Lee trained hundreds of SAPs in the DOT regulations, provided individualized consultation to SAPs, designed policies for employers on alcohol and drugs in the workplace.
1992-Present: RLM Consulting, Inc., President/Owner
Through Minneapolis-based RLM Consulting, Inc., Mr. Mauk provides consultation to small employers in the Twin Cities area, specifically related to drug and alcohol testing under Federal DOT regulations, and independent employer testing, under state laws.
1977-1992: MCC Managed Behavioral Care, Inc.
Mr. Mauk designed and developed an Employee Assistance Program that eventually provided EAP services to more than 200 employers in the Minneapolis-St. Paul metropolitan area. He laid the foundation at MCC for what later became one of the largest EAP companies in the US, CIGNA Behavioral Care.
Between 1979 and 1985, Mr. Mauk provided consultation services that established seven independent EAP companies nationwide. He managed a staff of 15 counselors and 5 account managers. Major clients included Northwest Airlines and Target Distribution Centers. Mr. Mauk conducted FAA-mandated drug trainings for supervisors and managers of Northwest Airlines, nationwide. He also provided drug and alcohol awareness and supervisory/management training, nationwide, to Target Distribution Centers.
