Mr. LeFave brings to Blair Consulting Group special expertise in addressing employer needs for high performing employees. His extensive experience in both internal and external EA service delivery has given him a unique ability to respond to workplace needs. He has expertise in professional coaching and has developed a series of training and consulting tools to help Employee Assistance Programs integrate coaching into their service offerings. A skilled clinician, he participates in clinical audits, operations reviews, clinical consultations, and training programs to assist EAPs in providing the highest quality services in a cost-effective manner.

Mr. LeFave maintains a private counseling practice serving adults and adolescents. He also consults on organizational development projects, including leadership development and individual and team performance.
1988-2001: President, Alliance Employee Assistance Program, Austin, Texas
Founded in 1985, Alliance EAP grew to be the largest privately held EAP provider in Central Texas. Known as a leader in creative collaboration with the workplace, Alliance developed a reputation for progressive EAP initiatives. As President and owner of the company, Andy LeFave provided direction, management, and strategic leadership to develop the business. When sold in 2001, Alliance EAP employed 20 staff and delivered services to over 50 companies, including Fortune 100 companies, such as Dell, Johnson & Johnson, and Sony as well as respected local employers, such as Sematech, Tellabs, Austin Community College and several of Austin largest law firms.
1985-1988: Employee Assistance Professional, Motorola Corporation, Austin, Texas
Responsibilities included overseeing internal EAP operations for two Motorola sites covering 3,300 employees. Mr. LeFave designed and implemented a unique set of individual and group learning experiences for employees, supervisors and human resources professionals that focused on issues pertaining to employee performance and well-being.
